At Moon Magic, we want you to be completely enchanted by your jewelry; if your purchase doesn't align with your vision, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Moon Magic gift box and secure it inside a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring no other barcodes are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
